På gatan under gatan is a street photography based exhibition made and presented by Sjutton Gubbar. Its main focus is about the people and streets of Gothenburg. Other than film and photos we invited local musicians to play for a small audience.

 

The exhibition took place at Kulturtemplet, an old water reservoir at Gråberget in Gothenburg. We wanted to create an under ground atmosphere inspired by the parks and alleys above with street lamps and benches. Here people could stroll around and look at the pictures hanging on moist and dark walls. The temple it self has an incredible cave like acoustic which gave it all not only a visual but audible experience.
